This installation will be involved with a new extension and the client has asked us to come in before any building works begins. This picture shows the existing gas boiler and hot water cylinder which was installed in 1997.
These appliances will be removed and the new boiler and cylinder installed in a new location. All existing radiators and small bore pipe-work to be removed and replaced with new radiators, TRV valves and new copper pipe-work.
Added to the new installation will be underfloor heating for the new extension.
This shows our new pipe-work with all the existing iron pipe-work now removed. Note the two white pipes with pipe-lagging which are in the centre of the picture and will be the start of the underfloor heating.
The two curved pipes are for temporary hot and cold supplies.

These two pictures show the purpose made timber frame, new boiler, hot water cylinder, storage tank and red expansion vessel all now installed in the roof space. Note all new pipe-lagging.
This picture shows the “Nu-Heat” TM pump and blending assembly with the distributor assemblies pipe-work in readiness for the underfloor heating which will be installed in the next few months.
Note the “Nu-Heat” ONEZONE TM wiring centre pre-wired again in readiness for the new extension works.
Up to date work schedule:
First stage of installation is now completed with all radiators, boiler and hot water cylinder commissioned.
Will return in the next few months when the builders require us to install the “Nu-Heat “TM underfloor heating floor tubing for their screed floor construction.
